Ind. Evidence Rule 409
Payment or Offer to Pay Medical or Other
Expenses
Effective January 1, 2014
Evidence of paying, furnishing, promising to pay, or offering to pay:
(a) medical, hospital, or similar expenses resulting from an injury; or
(b) damage to property,
is not admissible to prove liability for the injury or damages.
