Entry of Judgment

Effective January 1, 2024

The court must promptly note the verdict of a jury or the decision of the court in the chro-

nological case summary. At or before sentencing, the court must enter judgment of conviction. The provisions of Trial Rule 58(B) relating to the content of a judgment do not apply in

criminal proceedings.
