Ind. Criminal Rule 1.2
Public Access and Confidentiality of Records
Effective January 1, 2024
(A) Court records are accessible to the public, except as provided in the Rules on Access to
Court Records.
(B) Any court record excluded from public access must be filed in accordance with the Rules
on Access to Court Records.
