Ind. ADR Rule 8.1
Who May Use Optional Early Mediation
Effective January 1, 2003
By mutual agreement, persons may use the provisions of this Rule to mediate a dispute not
in litigation. Persons may participate in dispute resolution under this Rule with or without
counsel.
