Ind. ADR Rule 6.4
Place Of Trial Or Hearing
Effective January 1, 2005
As provided by IC 33-38-10-7, a trial or hearing in a case referred to a private judge may be
conducted in any location agreeable to the parties, provided the location is posted in the
Clerk's office at least three (3) days in advance of the hearing date.
