Ind. ADR Rule 5.2

Case Selection

Effective March 1, 1997

After completion of discovery, the resolution of dispositive motions, and the clarification of

issues for determination at trial, upon written stipulation of the parties, the court may select

any civil case for summary jury trial consideration.
