Ind. ADR Rule 4.5
Sanctions
Effective March 1, 1997
Upon motion by either party and hearing, the court may impose sanctions against a party or
attorney who intentionally fails to comply with these mini-trial rules, limited to the assessment of costs and/or attorney fees relevant to the process.
