Ind. ADR Rule 4.3
Case Status Pending Mini-Trial
Effective March 1, 1997
When a case has been assigned for a mini-trial, it shall remain on the regular docket and trial
calendar of the court. The court shall remain available to rule and assist in any discovery or
pre-mini-trial matter or motion.
