Right Choices Program (Lock-In) Members
Right Choices Program (RCP) members are restricted to one physician and one pharmacy due to
unnecessary or inappropriate use of the IHCP. RCP members are allowed to elect the IHCP hospice benefit.
When the hospice election paperwork is completed, the member is disenrolled from the RCP.
