Ind. IHCP Hospice Services Provider Reference Module, Section 1, Hospice Residence
Hospice Residence
Hospice providers may have hospice residences where members receive routine or continuous hospice care
and pay the hospice room and board, or they may have hospice inpatient units where members may receive
routine, continuous or general inpatient hospice care. It is important that the hospice medical chart reflect
and support the appropriate hospice level of service rendered in either location.

Unofficial copy of government-published law, reproduced from official sources with full provenance. Not an official publication; verify against official sources before relying on it in a filing. Records in the 'guidance' corpus, and only that corpus, are sub-regulatory (interpretive guidelines, survey procedures) and are not binding law.
