Ill. S. Ct. R. 790
Title and Purpose
These rules shall be known as the Minimum Continuing Legal Education Rules (“Rules”). The
purpose of the Rules is to establish a program for Minimum Continuing Legal Education
(“MCLE”), which shall operate as an arm of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
