Definition Of Lack Of Consent In Exploitation Of A Child [Or Institutionalized Mentally
Retarded Person]
The term “administering [(an alcoholic intoxicant) (a drug)] to [(a child under the age
of 13 years) (an institutionalized severely or profoundly mentally retarded person)] without
consent” means the [(alcoholic intoxicant) (drug)] is administered without the consent of the [
(child's) (person's)] parents or legal guardian.
