Presumption Of Possession With Intent To Disseminate--Child Pornography
If you find that the defendant possessed one or more of the same film, videotape, visual
reproduction, or depiction by computer in which child pornography is depicted, you may infer
that the defendant possessed these materials with the intent to disseminate them.
