Definition Of Juvenile Pimping [Or Pimping For Institutionalized Mentally Retarded
Person]
A person commits the offense of juvenile pimping when he receives any money,
property, token, object, or article or anything of value from a prostitute [(under the age of 16
years) (who is an institutionalized severely or profoundly mentally retarded person)], not for
lawful consideration, knowing it was earned in whole or in part from the practice of prostitution.
