Definition Of Place Of Prostitution
The term “place of prostitution” means any place which is used for the purpose of
offering seclusion or shelter for [(an act of sexual penetration) (any touching or fondling of the
sex organs of a person by another person for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification)] for
any money, property, token, object, or article or anything of value.
