Issue In Patronizing A Prostitute
To sustain the charge of patronizing a prostitute, the State must prove the following
proposition:
That the defendant engaged in an act of sexual penetration with a prostitute not [(his)
(her)] spouse.
[or]
That the defendant entered or remained in a place of prostitution with the intent to engage
in an act of sexual penetration with a person not [(his) (her)] spouse.
If you find from your consideration of the all the evidence that this proposition has been
proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant guilty.
If you find from your consideration of all the evidence that this proposition has not been
proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant not guilty.
