Issue In Soliciting For A Prostitute
To sustain the charge of solicitation for a prostitute, the State must prove the following
proposition:
That the defendant solicited ____ for the purpose of prostitution.
[or]
That the defendant arranged or offered to arrange a meeting of persons for the purpose of
prostitution.
[or]
That the defendant directed ____ to a place knowing such direction was for the purpose
of prostitution.
If you find from your consideration of all the evidence that this proposition has been
proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant guilty.
If you find from your consideration of all the evidence that this proposition has not been
proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant not guilty.
