Definition Of Aiding And Abetting Child Abduction
A person commits the offense of aiding and abetting child abduction when, before or
during the commission of a child abduction and with the intent to promote or facilitate the child
abduction, he intentionally aids or abets another in the planning or commission of that offense,
unless before the offense is committed, he makes proper effort to prevent its commission.
