Definition Of Accepting A Commercial Bribe
A[n] [(employee) (agent) (fiduciary )] commits the offense of receiving a commercial
bribe when, without the consent of his [(employer) (principal)], he [(solicits) (accepts) (agrees to
accept)] any benefit from another person upon an [(agreement) (understanding)] that such benefit
will influence the [( employee's) (agent's) (fiduciary's )] conduct in relation to his [(employer's)
(principal's)] affairs.
