Definition Of Offering A Commercial Bribe

A person commits the offense of commercial bribery when he [( confers) (offers) (agrees

to confer )] any benefit upon any [( employee) (agent) (fiduciary )] without the consent of the

[(employer) (principal )] of the [( employee) (agent) (fiduciary )], with intent to influence the

conduct of the [( employee) (agent) (fiduciary )], in relation to the affairs of his [( employer)

(principal)].
