Definition Of Unlawful Discharge Of A Firearm--Discharge In A Cemetery
A person commits the offense of unlawful discharge of a firearm when he
[1] [(intentionally) (knowingly) (recklessly)] [(hunts) (shoots any gun, pistol, or other
missile) (discharges any gun, pistol, or other missile)] within the limits of any cemetery.
[or]
[2] [(intentionally) (knowingly) (recklessly)] causes any shot or missile to be discharged
into or over any portion of a cemetery.
