Definition Of Unlawful Discharge Of Metal Piercing Bullets
A person commits the offense of unlawful discharge of metal piercing bullets when he,
knowing that a firearm is loaded with a metal piercing bullet, [(intentionally) (recklessly)]
discharges the firearm and the metal piercing bullet strikes another person.
