Bomb--Enhancing Factor Based Upon Location

A person commits the offense of aggravated unlawful use of weapons when he

knowingly [(sells) (manufactures) (purchases) (possesses) (carries)]

[A] a rifle having one or more barrels less than 16 inches in length; while

[or]

[B] a shotgun having one or more barrels less than 18 inches in length; while

[or]

[C] a weapon made from a rifle or shotgun whether by alteration, modification, or

otherwise, if such weapon as modified had an overall length of less than 26 inches; while

[or]

[D] a [(bomb) (bomb- shell) (grenade)] [or a bottle or other container containing an

explosive substance over one-quarter ounce for like purposes]; while

[1] in a school [regardless of the [(time of day) (time of year)]].

[or]

[2] on the real property comprising a school [regardless of the [(time of day) (time of

year)]].

[or]

[3] on a public way within 1000 feet of the real property comprising a school.

[or]

[4] on any conveyance [(owned) (leased) (contracted)] by a school to transport students

to and from [(school) (a school related activity)].

[or]

[5] in residential property owned, operated, and managed by a public housing agency.

[or]

[6] on the real property comprising residential property owned, operated, and managed by

a public housing agency.

[or]

[7] on a public way within 1000 feet of the real property comprising residential property

owned, operated, and managed by a public housing agency.

[or]

[8] in a public park.

[or]

[9] on the real property comprising a public park.

[or]

[10] on a public way within 1000 feet of the real property comprising a public park.

[or]

[11] in a courthouse.

[or]

[12] on the real property comprising a courthouse.

[or]

[13] on a public way within 1000 feet of the real property comprising a courthouse.
