Definition Of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
A person c
ommits the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia when he knowingly
possesses an item of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use it [(in ingesting, inhaling, or
otherwise introducing [(cannabis) (a controlled substance)] into the human body) (in preparing [
(cannabis) (a controlled substance)] for ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing [(cannabis)
(a controlled substance)] into the human body)].
