Definition Of Sale Of Drug Paraphernalia To A Pregnant Woman
A person
commits the offense of sale of drug paraphernalia to a pregnant woman when
he knowingly [(sells) (delivers for any commercial consideration)] any item of drug
paraphernalia to a woman he knows to be pregnant.
