Issues In Unlawful Transfer Of A Telecommunications Device To A Minor
To susta
in the charge of unlawful transfer of a telecommunications device to a minor, the
State must prove the following propositions:
First Proposition: That the defendant gave, sold, or otherwise transferred possession of a
telecommunications device to another person; and
Second Proposition: That this other person was then under 18 years of age; and
Third Proposition: That the defendant did so with the intent that this other person use the
device to commit the offense of ____.
If you find from your consideration of all the evidence that each one of these propositions
has been proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant guilty.
If you find from your consideration of all the evidence that any one of these propositions
has not been proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant not guilty.
