Definition Of Possession Of Hypodermic Syringe Or Needle
A person
commits the offense of possession of [(a hypodermic syringe) (a hypodermic
needle) (any instrument adapted for the use of a controlled substance or cannabis by
subcutaneous injection)] when he knowingly has in his possession [(a hypodermic syri nge) (a
hypodermic needle) (any instrument adapted for the use of a controlled substance or cannabis by
