Definition Of Manufacture, Distribution, Advertisement Of, Or Possession With Intent To
Manufacture Or Distribute A Look-Alike Substance
A person
commits the offense of [(manufacturing) (distributing) (advertising)
(possession with intent to manufacture) (possession with intent to distribute)] a look- alike
substance when he knowingly [(manufactures) (distributes) (advertises) (possesses with intent to
manufacture) (possesses with intent to distribute)] a look-alike substance.
[It is not a defense to the charge of [(manufacturing) (distributing) (advertising)
(possession with intent to manufacture) (possession with intent to distribute)] a look- alike
substance that the defendant believed the look- alike substance actually to be a controlled
substance.]
