Definition Of Subsequent Offense Of Possession Of Cannabis
A person commits the offense of subsequent offense of possession of cannabis when he,
having been convicted of the offense of ____, knowingly possesses a substance containing
cannabis and that substance containing the cannabis weighs more than [(30) (100)] grams.
