To sustai

n the charge of shooting a firearm at a train, the State must prove the following

proposition:

That the de

fendant knowingly shot a firearm at any portion of a railroad train.

If you fi

nd from your consideration of all the evidence that this proposition has been

proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant guilty.

If you fi

nd from your consideration of all the evidence that this proposition has not been

proved beyond a reasonable doubt, you should find the defendant not guilty.
