Definition Of Residential Burglary –
Authorized Entry But Unauthorized Remaining Within
A person commits the offense of residential burglary when he knowingly enters with
authority the dwelling place of another [or any part thereof] and thereafter without authority
remains within that dwelling place [or any part thereof] with the intent to commit therein the
offense of ___________.
