Definition Of “Document Capable Of Defrauding Another”
The phrase “document capable of defrauding another” includes, but is not limited
to, one by which any right, obligation or power with reference to any person or property may be
created, transferred, altered or terminated. [The phrase also includes information that is
inscribed, stored, or otherwise fixed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or
other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form.] [The phrase also includes a Universal Price
Code label or coin.]
