Definition Of Eavesdropping--Use Of Eavesdropping Device (As Of December 15, 1994)
A person commits the offense of eavesdropping by use of an eavesdropping device when
he uses an eavesdropping device to hear or record all or any part of any conversation without the
consent of all the parties to the conversation.
