Definition Of Vehicular Endangerment
A person commits the offense of vehicular endangerment when he, with the intent to
strike a motor vehicle, causes by any means an object to fall from an overpass in the direction of
a moving motor vehicle traveling upon any highway, and that object strikes a motor vehicle
[resulting in death].
