Definition Of Aggravated Stalking--Bodily Harm, Confinement, Or Restraint
A person commits the offense of aggravated stalking when, in conjunction with
committing the offense of stalking, he [(intentionally) (knowingly) (recklessly)] [(causes
bodily harm to) (confines or restrains)] the victim.
