Definition Of Inducement To Commit Suicide--Coercing A Suicide
A person commits the offense of inducement to commit suicide when he coerces another
to commit suicide and that person [(commits) (attempts to commit)] suicide as a direct result of
the coercion, and the defendant exercises substantial control over that person through [(control
of that person's physical location or circumstances) (use of psychological pressure) (use of actual
or ostensible religious, political, social, philosophical, or other principles)].
