Definition Of Interference With Personal Liberty--Violation Of Order Of Protection
The phrase “interference with personal liberty” means committing or threatening physical
abuse, harassment, intimidation, or wilful deprivation so as to compel another [(to engage in
conduct from which he has a right to abstain) (to refrain from conduct in which he has a right to
engage)].
