Definition Of Abuse--Violation Of Order Of Protection
The word “abuse” means [(physical abuse) (harassment) (intimidation of a dependent)
(interference with personal liberty) (wilful deprivation)] [but does not include reasonable
direction of a minor child by a parent or person acting in the place of a parent].
