Definition Of Aggravated Battery--Administering Dangerous SubstanceAs Of July 1, 2011
A person commits the offense of aggravated battery when he, for other than medical
purposes [(administers to an individual) (causes an individual to take)] [(without the individual's

(anesthetic)] substance.
