Definition Of Aggravated Battery Of An Unborn Child

A person, not the pregnant mother of the unborn child, commits the offense of aggravated

battery of an unborn child when he [(intentionally) (knowingly)] [without legal justification]

and by any means causes [(great bodily harm) (permanent disability) (permanent disfigurement)

] to an unborn child.
