Interpreter's Presence During Jury Deliberations
The interpreter will be present during jury deliberations solely for the purpose of aiding
communications between the hearing-impaired juror and the other jurors.
The interpreter is n ot a juror and therefore cannot offer opinions or recollections
concerning testimony, evidence, or trial proceedings. Do not ask the interpreter for recollections
or opinions concerning any aspect of the trial.
