Measure of Damages—Property Taken to Be
Considered as Part of the Whole Tract
In arriving at the fair cash market value of the property taken, you should determine its
value considered a s a part of the whole tract before the taking and not its value as a piece of
property separate and disconnected from the rest of the tract.
