HUMAN RIGHTS ACT - DEFINITION OF PRETEXT
When I use the word “pretext” in these instructions, I mean more than just faulty reasoning
or mistaken judgment by the defendant, but instead a false or phony reason for the action(s) taken
by the defendant toward the plaintiff.
