Payment
All claims adjudicated by the Department will be identified on the HFS 194-M-2,
Remittance Advice. The Remittance Advice is sent to the hospice’s payee address
on file with the Department. Refer to Chapter 100 for payment procedures utilized by
the Department and explanations of Remittance Advice detail provided to providers.
