Physician Services
A doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy must perform the function of the
hospice medical director and/or the physician member of the interdisciplinary group.
Services include administrative and general supervisory activities performed by
physicians who are employees of, or working under arrangements made with, the
hospice.
