ICJI 341 NEGLIGENCE DEFINED
The word(s) ["neglect"] ["negligence"] ["negligent"] ["negligently"] refer(s) to a lack of that attention to the probable consequences of an act or omission which a prudent person ordinarily would apply to the person's own affairs.
[In order to be held responsible, the defendant must be guilty of "criminal negligence," which is such negligence as amounts to a wanton, flagrant or reckless disregard of consequences or wilful indifference of the safety or rights of others.]
