Impeachment of a Witness By Prior Conviction
ICJI 321 IMPEACHMENT OF A WITNESS BY PRIOR CONVICTION
Evidence that a witness has been convicted of an offense may be considered by you only as it may affect the believability of the witness.
Comment
The court must decide that the offense is a felony and relates to credibility.
