ICJI 1209 ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO COMMIT – WHEN INTENT MUST EXIST
The crime of Assault With Intent to Commit [name of felony] is complete if an assault is made
and at any moment during the assault the aggressor intends to commit [murder] [rape] [mayhem]
[robbery] [or] [lewd conduct with minor child under sixteen].
