Iowa R. Evid. 5.402
General admissibility of relevant evidence
Relevant evidence is admissible, unless
any of the following provide otherwise: the United States Constitution or Iowa Constitution, statute,
these rules, or other Iowa Supreme Court rule. Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
