Haw. Sup. Ct. R. 14
LICENSING OF FOREIGN LAW CONSULTANTS
A person who is admitted to practice in a foreign country as an attorney or counselor at law or the equivalent and who complies with the provisions in this rule for licensing of foreign law consultants may render legal services in the State of Hawaiʻi to the extent allowed by this rule.
(Added May 12, 1986, effective July 1, 1986.)
